We welcome Tony Howell!

Local celebrity chef Tony Howell has joined AJ & Alex as Partner and Executive Chef across the Margaret River Hospitality Group - being Morries Anytime, The White Elephant Beach Café, and the all new Gnarabar soon to be rebranded.. with their sites further up the Cape.  Tony joins us from 15 months with popular winery Aravina Estate and 14 years with the iconic Cape Lodge.

The new partnership will form a solid tripod, offering hospitality expertise, passion towards the region, good food, good service, the overall hospitality experience itself, with full respect to locally grown produce through approachable ‘rolling’, menus showcasing the regions amazing diversity, to keep raising the standard that the restaurants are popular for.
